Madame's Nightshirt
Mrs. Peperium
I'm mad
about men in hats.
Real hats
made by real hatters.
Not mad men.
A hatter like
Lock & Co.
Evelyn Waugh was their customer.
I'm mad about him too.
* Sigh *
...The world has gone mad today
And good's bad today,
And black's white today,
And day's night today,
When most guys today
That women prize today
Are just silly gigolos
And though I'm not a great romancer
I know that I'm bound to answer
When you propose,
Anything goes...
And good's bad today,
And black's white today,
And day's night today,
When most guys today
That women prize today
Are just silly gigolos
And though I'm not a great romancer
I know that I'm bound to answer
When you propose,
Anything goes...
HAPPY APRIL FOOL'S DAY!

Now this is the hat picture of hat pictures: a US cavalry troop in front of a presidential palace in Baghdad.

Smells like victory.

I adore the second image. One of the benefits of working at a military college is the return of alumni in uniform--especially the ones who wear those cavalry hats. Quite dashing in an all-American way.
